Why are Little Hearts Home baby products better than others?
Items such as bibs and burp cloths can be purchased at some retail and discount stores. However, they are generally mass produced and imported from China. You will find that most of them are thin and cheaply made. Many of them are undersized which means that they may not protect as they should. Sometimes they will have a plastic backing to prevent them from soaking through, or worse yet, no backing at all which makes them almost useless.
Little Hearts Home personally makes each and every one of our bibs, burp cloths, and receiving blankets. We search for and hand-pick designs that are bright and colorful, cute and fun. Each bib and burp cloth is reversible, sewn with a coordinated design on the back. Both front and back are made from 100% cotton flannel so it is soft and cuddly on your baby’s skin, yet durable and machine washable. Inserted between the two layers of flannel are two internal layers for our burp cloths and one internal layer for our bibs. This makes them thick and very absorbent. It’s quality you can feel.
We have yet to find any mass produced bibs or burp cloths that can compare with ours.

Why are Little Hearts Home Aprons and Potholder/Hotpads better than others?
Most aprons purchased from retail stores are mass produced and imported. They are often made from a single layer of material and some are rather plain.
Little Hearts Home personally makes each and every one of our aprons. We hand-pick each design. Each Apron is reversible, sewn with a coordinated design on the back, and pockets on the front. Both front and back are made from 100% cotton which makes them durable and machine washable.
Our Potholder/Hotpads are available in the same patterns as our aprons if you desire a matching set. Each one is handmade and reversible, with two internal layers to protect and insulate from hot items. Each one is approximately 12” x 12”. We think that’s the perfect size. The large size allows you to easily grab hot items without fear of burning yourself. You can even get two hands on it at the same time, or fold it in half for double the insulation. For use as a hotpad, it’s also big enough to set a large baking dish on, and our colorful designs look great on any table or counter.

I saw a design on your web site earlier. Why can’t I find it now?
Many patterns become available in bulk quantities only for a short time. If we find a pattern that is particularly popular, we will try to purchase a sufficient quantity if available. Once we run out, it may be gone for good. It may not be possible to find again.

What if I have a problem with my order?
We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchase. If there is anything wrong, please contact us immediately so that we can work with you to resolve the issue.

What is your return policy?
Although we inspect each item before it is shipped, mistakes can happen. If you receive an incorrect item or if merchandise is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can issue you a return authorization number (RMA). All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. We cannot accept returns without an RMA number. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

What type of payment do you accept?
We prefer payment by credit card or Paypal. Both transactions are completed through the Paypal web site. If you already have a Paypal account, you can make a quick and easy payment upon checkout. If you prefer to pay by credit card, you can do that also on Paypal’s web site. You do not need to sign up for a Paypal account to pay by credit card.
We can also accept payment by check, but cannot ship your items until check clears. Please contact us via E-mail if you prefer to pay by check.

In order to simplify shipping and handling charges, we base our rates on the total purchase price of your order. The exact cost will be displayed upon checkout. In general, shipping & handling prices are as follows:

How will my order be shipped?
For purchases of items up to $24.00 your order will be shipped via US Postal Service – First Class Priority Mail. For orders over $24.00 you can choose to have your order shipped via US Postal Service – First Class Priority Mail or Fed Ex Ground.

How will my order be packaged?
Each of our items are individually placed in thermally sealed plastic bags. This protects your items from dust, dirt and moisture during shipping. Then we place your entire order in a shipping box (or sometimes a shipping envelope for smaller orders). This insures that your items will arrive just as bright and fresh as when we created it.
In addition, our baby items are folded and tied with a ribbon and tag similar to what you see on the sample photo page here, which make wonderful gifts. Please note that if you order matching bibs / burp cloths, we will normally fold, tie and seal the items together as a single set. During checkout, you will have the option to send us a note with your order, so feel free to let us know if you have a preference.

When will I receive my order?
Because our items are individually hand made it takes a little more time than just dropping an item in a box and sending it off. From the time you place your order it will usually take about 3 – 5 days before your merchandise is shipped. Items shipped by US Postal Service usually arrive within 3 days. Items send by Fed Ex Ground usually arrive in about 3 – 6 days. However, it could take longer depending on the distance.
